It is a type of polyurethane polymer waterproof material that utilizes water as the dispersion medium. Through a specific process, polyurethane resin is dispersed in the form of tiny particles in water, forming a stable aqueous dispersion system. Once applied and cured, this coating forms a continuous, seamless waterproof layer, effectively preventing moisture infiltration and protecting building structures from water damage

Polyurethane water-based waterproof coating is suitable for various building waterproofing projects, including waterproofing and seepage prevention for roofs, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, swimming pools, bridges, tunnels, and other scenarios. It is particularly suitable for non-permanent water immersion projects such as roofs and irregular-shaped buildings

Construction Requirements

1. The base surface is required to be flat, clean, free from dusting, loosening, and with a moisture content of less than 8%.

2. During construction, the base surface should be inspected first to ensure compliance with requirements. A layer of primer should be applied first, and the primer must be evenly spread.

3. After the primer is cured, apply the second coat. The application direction must be perpendicular to the previous one to prevent any missed areas. Repeat the application process three to five times in sequence.

4. After completion, no one is allowed to step on or proceed to the next process until the waterproof layer has cured, to avoid damaging it.

Transportation and storage

1. This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place. Its shelf life is 6 months from the date of production if unopened.

2. Transportation shall be handled as non-hazardous goods.

3. Polyurethane waterproof coating must be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, with a storage period of one year.
